ILSC is now 25 years old. We’ve learned a lot, travelled across the world, and shared experiences with thousands of people! To give you a snapshot of the year gone by, here is 2016 in numbers.

The first time that Greystone College, part of the ILSC Education Group, won an ST Star Award for Star Vocational College! The peer-voted ST Star Awards are hosted by the StudyTravel magazine, a business publication about the international education industry.

We found our ninth home! The number of our campuses across the world increased to 9, with the launch of the Melbourne campus in May 2016. Six months later, it has already become a top destination for our students.

The number of users who participated in our #ILSC25 Instagram contest, for which we selected 25 winners. Participants shared some amazing photos about studying on our campuses and enjoying the cities. You can still view them here.

We shared several alumni stories on YouTube this year, documenting their transformative journey and their motivations for learning language. The videos amassed over 4,000 views, putting the spotlight on our biggest heroes: our students!

The amount we raised in 2016 for the Learn to Earn (LTE) program, an initiative we set up in India to provide education to underprivileged young women. For our anniversary year, we decided that $1 from every student registration at an ILSC school would go towards the LTE fund. This amount will now help to support 17 new students!
